Walk into your inner self

„Developing yourself to become the person you want to be is the biggest challenge of life. No one can do that for you! But you don’t have to do it alone.

Since 1995 I organize different walking formats connecting people with their present and future selves, bringing together the professional and the person within each individual.

Through the course of my work, I understood clearly the underlying need within each human regardless of the background, experience, or moment in life, to slow down, gain perspective and revise their objectives regularly surrounded by a trustworthy environment.

When I looked in the market for an offering that could combine such an experience and at the same time put me walking in nature it was not easy to find. If I really wanted to live such an experience I would have to build it myself.

In order to transform our world, we must first transform ourselves. That kind of transformation comes precisely, systematically, and one step at a time. The concept took almost twenty years to prepare. After hundreds of walks with family, friends and their friends the „Walking Mentorship“ was crafted to help you Stop + Reconnect + Take Action!

In 2015 after returning to Europe following one more corporate restructuring I knew it was time to go all in. The idea was simple but powerful, help you take responsibility for yourself, your thoughts and your actions, facilitating:

– Time to hear your thoughts and interact with them. (Quietness)
Test your physical and mental perseverance. (Resilience)
– Next to you will always be someone ready to support you. (True Mentorship)
– Expect to find yourself resting in an amazing and unusual settings. (Unusual lodging)

– Taste and learn about the richness of the local culture. (Life-long learning)
– Master a methodology of self-development. (The Survival Kit)

The key learnings of the last 2,500+ KM are very inspiring. Looking at the Mentees I follow regularly (we have a mentoring session every 6 weeks), I can clearly see the power of individual purpose in action.

In the last three years I witness the most incredible stories of humans like me that want to move forward and become the best version of themselves, step by step, day by day. When you use the “walking mindset” in your own personal and professional life you gain clarity and perspective. If you combine commitment with a methodology that you can continuously hack and improve, your existence becomes more of a live concert than a journey with a destination. Most likely our life is like a music that we are meant to enjoy every note in it.“
